All three pieces are made by CHIPS Inc. in Mino-yaki (美濃焼), Gifu Prefecture, Japan's largest ceramic region with over 1,300 years of production history. CHIPS was founded in 2016 with a simple purpose: to make tableware people reach for without thinking. The two Stackable mugs in green and yellow have a straight-walled form designed for stable stacking, a three-finger handle and a smooth lip that suits any hot drink. The coffee dripper is designed as a companion piece, sharing the same Mino craft origins and the same quiet design sensibility. Internal ribs create an even pour; the conical form suits a standard paper filter. For one to two cups.
