At iromizu, we treat every order with the same attention and respect we give to the makers and the objects themselves. All our pieces are authentic, made-in-Japan goods, stocked in our UK warehouse and ready to begin their journey to you as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom (mainland & Northern Ireland). International shipping is not yet available, we hope to expand in the future.
Delivery Options
We offer three convenient ways to receive your order:
- Next Working Day Tracked Delivery — aimed for next working day (Monday–Friday). Saturday and Sunday home deliveries can also be arranged at an additional cost, please see below for more details.
- Standard Tracked Delivery — aimed for 2-3 working day (Monday–Friday).
- InPost Locker Collection — for greater flexibility, with parcels generally ready for collection within 3–5 business days. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within 3 days, it will be automatically returned to us. We will reach out to confirm next step with you and may apply further shipment charge for re-delivery.

*While we dispatch quickly and most parcels arrive on time, delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier volumes, weather, or peak periods, as is common across the UK.
A few more details we think matter
- All items are in stock and ready to ship unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page (very rare pre-order or made-to-order pieces will always say so).
- Every parcel is carefully packed by hand to protect your order and respect the craftsmanship behind each product.
- All deliveries are trackable. You’ll receive tracking details through our service providers as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays are usually dispatched the next working day and still aim for the following working day after dispatch.
- Cut-off for the next-working-day aim (Mon–Fri) is 2pm Monday–Friday. For weekend delivery requests, please select the upgrade option or message us — we’ll confirm feasibility and adjust accordingly.
We aim to make receiving your iromizu pieces feel like a small, warm continuation of the care that went into making them so you can begin enjoying them sooner, whether on a weekday or over the weekend.
