We’re Karen and Marco, thank you for visiting iromizu. We are delighted to join you on your journey to infuse everyday life with warmth and a sense of ritual. All products you see in iromizu are made in Japan, and many have been hand-crafted in the same family for generations. We ship them to the U.K. directly from the makers and trusted suppliers in Japan.

Growing up in Hong Kong, we have been fascinated by Japanese culture and products, especially those that reflect the people and heritage behind them. Every time we visit Japan, it’s guaranteed that we bring home some Japanese crafts. We are certainly running out of space at home!

We believe our home should be a sanctuary for our body and mind to find peace and calm, and to be joyful by appreciating objects that add warmth and meanings to every moment.

In Japan, one of the most immediate “cultural shocks” is the unparalleld experience of being looked after. We will do our best to offer an authentic, honest, and professional experience to our customers here in the U.K. All stock is in our warehouse, and we will get your order to you as quickly and carefully as we can.
