Kungyokudo blends sandalwood with lavender, eucalyptus and other aromatic materials, creating a scent that feels fresher and more herbal than a traditional sandalwood sachet. The sandalwood softens the sharper aromatic notes, leaving a clean fragrance around stored clothes rather than a strongly incense-like smell.

Placed in a wardrobe, drawer or clothing storage box, the sachets gradually fragrance the surrounding space while aromatic ingredients traditionally used for their pest deterrent qualities provide a practical second purpose.

Each box contains six individual sachets. The fragrance gradually becomes softer over approximately one year. Once it is no longer strong enough for a wardrobe, the sachet can still be moved to a smaller enclosed space such as a shoe cupboard or stationery drawer.
