Kayuragi かゆらぎ is a modern Japanese incense series from Nippon Kōdō 日本香堂 that celebrates the quiet pleasure of scent in everyday life. The name combines kaori 香り, fragrance, and yuragi 揺らぎ, a gentle wavering movement, suggesting the way smoke rises softly and transforms a room into a calmer place. These slim sticks are designed to be easy to enjoy at home: light the tip, blow out the flame, and let the delicate smoke carry a soothing fragrance through the air. A small act, but one that can change the mood of a room and create a moment of stillness.
The Wisteria scent captures hanging clusters of fuji blossoms in early summer, with a soft, slightly powdery floral note over a calm woody base. Short, coreless sticks burn for around 25 minutes with low smoke, leaving a refined after‑scent.
