Special

At a glance

• Sweet, warm plumeria with a fuller tropical floral character
• More generous and enveloping than the restrained Magnolia fragrance
• 20 sticks, approximately 15 to 17 minutes each, with holder included

Plumeria shows the warmer side of Ikadenshin.

Kousaido describes the fragrance as sweet plumeria carried on a southern breeze. It has a fuller, more tropical floral character than Magnolia, giving the scent more softness and presence in the room.

Ikadenshin was created around the idea of conveying the heart through flowers. Instead of beginning with an abstract mood, each fragrance takes the character of an individual flower as its starting point.

That makes the contrast within the two Ikadenshin selections useful. Magnolia is cooler and more restrained; Plumeria is sweeter, warmer and more enveloping. Someone choosing between them is choosing two genuinely different floral directions rather than simply two flower names.

Each box contains 20 sticks and an aluminium incense holder. Each stick burns for approximately 15 to 17 minutes.
