Mino Ware Porcelain Coffee Dripper, 1–2 Cups

At a glance

• Designed for a focused 1–2 cup pour-over with HARIO V60 01 paper filters
• Deep interior ribs create space around the paper for a steady, controlled drawdown
• Mino Ware porcelain brings CHIPS’ distinctive glaze colours into a practical coffee setup

A ceramic pour-over dripper built around a familiar brewing method, with the tactile weight and finish of everyday tableware.

CHIPS shapes the interior with pronounced vertical ribs that hold parts of the paper away from the ceramic wall. This leaves channels for coffee and air to move through during the pour, while the conical form works with HARIO V60 01 paper filters for one or two cups.

The difference is as much in how it lives on the table as how it brews. Made in Mino Ware porcelain, it has the solid feel and glazed surface of a piece of tableware rather than lightweight brewing equipment. The colourways also coordinate naturally with CHIPS stackable mugs.

For someone who already enjoys pour-over, it keeps the familiar method while giving the equipment a more considered, permanent place in the kitchen.
