Tsugaru Vidro 津軽びいどろ from Aomori prefecture is a hand‑blown glass craft known for vibrant, nature‑inspired colours. The Adelia vase in blue uses soda‑lime glass with subtle bubbles and gradations that shift in light, evoking sea or sky. Each vase is mouth‑blown and hand‑finished, so tiny differences in shape and colour make every one unique. The flared mouth and stable foot suit single flowers, branches or small arrangements. The maker draws from Tsugaru’s four seasons – cherry blossoms, festivals, autumn leaves and snow – to create glass that feels alive. A small piece of regional glass artistry for the table or shelf.
