Initial Preparation: Before first use, please wash the glass with a mild, neutral detergent.

Gentle Cleaning: Hand-wash only using a soft sponge or cloth. Never use metal scourers, abrasive sponges, or harsh cleansing chemicals, as these will cause surface damage and weaken the glass.

Avoid Temperature Shocks: This glass is delicate and will crack under extreme temperature changes. Do not pour hot liquid into a cold vessel (or vice versa), and avoid placing heated glass on wet surfaces.

Safe Handling: Take extra care when washing the interior; avoid using force or twisting the glass, as this can lead to accidental breakage.

Handmade Nature: As each piece is individually mouth-blown, please note that minor variations in shape, weight, and colour pattern are intentional hallmarks of its unique, handcrafted quality.

A small vase for the flowers that do not need a full arrangement.

At just 7cm across, the rounded form works naturally with one or two stems, like a garden cutting, a small seasonal flower or the last stem from a larger bunch. Its compact size also makes it easy to place on a bedside table, desk or narrow shelf.

Hydrangea brings together fresh blues inspired by flowers after rain, while Osmanthus layers orange and yellow with touches of blue-green for an autumnal character. In direct sunlight, the coloured glass becomes more pronounced and throws soft tinted reflections onto the surrounding surface. The seasonal colour stories come from Tsugaru Vidro’s landscape-inspired Fukei series.

The rounded body is formed using pin-blow, with coloured glass worked into each piece during making. Because the pattern settles differently each time, every vase carries its own arrangement of colour.

Even without flowers, the transparent glass and shifting pattern give it enough presence to remain on display.
